Kitchen Consideration
Although, fully remodeling a kitchen can be an expensive and time consuming proposition. But, there are some very basic things you need to consider regarding this part of your home.
First, for most people the kitchen is the “heart” of a home. But, not only does it warm your heart, it warms up your property value. Ask any realtor and you hear the same thing… a great kitchen is always a closer, a deal maker. Just a few thousand spend on improving your kitchen, can dramatically improve the value of your house.
Second, what you do in the kitchen–prepare and share food–one of the most intimate things we do. In that way, kitchens are very personal, yet a place open to all your friends and family. (Most of us don’t hangout with our friends in the bathroom or the bedroom).
Third, think of how often you are in the kitchen.
With those things in mind, consider what it is that you love about your kitchen. And if there isn’t much that you LOVE about your kitchen, then why not fix that?
